最近

Just 與recently 都有不久前、剛剛、最近的意思，但如果把這兩個副詞湊在一起just recently，看起來好像很合理，但其實是不好的寫法 (poor style)，要嘛用just，要嘛用recently 就好。

“He now serves on numerous company boards and has just recently〔just or recently〕 releases his first documentary film.”﹝Reuters﹞

如果是在句首，就用recently，或是just再加某個特定時間，如…

“Just recently〔Recently or Just last week/month…〕, a similar trial in children began in the UK following the success of earlier trials in adults.﹝New Scientist﹞”
